Januz Rotating Nozzle
A rotating, compressed air-driven nozzle designed to clean surfaces quickly and efficiently. Particularly well suited for edge cleaning of panels and sheet materials.
Ingromat System
The patented Ingromat® system enables highly effective removal of extremely fine particles.
Flexible Pressure Buffer
The contact surface of the linear brush can be mounted flexibly by integrating a pressure buffer. The pressure buffer is controlled באמצעות compressed air and therefore applies a constant wiping force even on slightly uneven surfaces. The individual brush filaments remain vertical in relation to the material surface, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
Tornado Channel
The Tornado-Channel™ is an independent cleaning module equipped with compressed air-assisted nozzles. It is available with either fixed power nozzles (TKF 200) or rotating Tornado nozzles (TKR 200), specifically designed for cleaning drill holes, grooves, and structured surfaces.
Air-Assisted Pre-Cleaning
Various compressed air-driven cleaning modules can be installed before the infeed to the sword brushes for enhanced cleaning performance.
Brush Directions
Depending on the material thickness and how the product behaves on the conveyor belt, different brush directions may be preferred for optimal cleaning performance.
Height Adjustment
The adjustment frame positions the cleaning module at the correct height to ensure perfect results. Both manual and motorised versions are available.
Collision Protection
Fast pneumatic adjustment (pneumatic height adjustment) can be installed to detect collision situations, such as bent corners on a metal strip. This system uses a pneumatic cylinder to quickly lift the upper cleaning module out of the way.
Easy Installation of Sword Brushes
Wandres sword brushes can be easily integrated into existing conveyor systems. A Combi Sword Brush with an adjustment frame for cleaning panels from above and below is ready for use immediately after following the short and simple installation instructions.
Replacement of Linear Brushes
Wandres linear brushes are manufactured from high-quality materials and therefore offer a long service life. However, the material surface, type of contamination, and specific production conditions are all factors that affect brush wear. In general, the linear brushes should be replaced after approximately 3,000 to 4,000 operating hours. The brushes can be replaced quickly and easily.
