Ionising Bars are the most effective method for eliminating static electricity on production machinery. ION Air Blow Equipment
Dust and particle contamination negatively affects yield and quality, resulting in additional costs in many production environments. Static electricity is one of the main reasons why dirt and particles adhere to various surfaces.
Anti-Static Fans
Ideal for long-range elimination of static electricity, dust removal, and increased efficiency, ionising fans provide powerful ionisation across large areas. They are commonly used to blow ionised air into confined spaces or onto three-dimensional products. Ionised air is also highly effective for neutralising loose materials where airflow can carry additional ionisation. In some applications, they have been replaced by modern pulsed DC long-range bars.
Anti-Static Tubes
When fast and powerful ionisation is required at distances of up to 1.5 metres, a long-range static elimination solution is necessary. Fraser has developed a range of anti-static bars that provide coverage from 100 mm up to 1.5 metres without the need for air assistance, making them ideal for winders and applications with changing geometries where long-range control is required. This allows us to deliver effective ionisation directly to the source of the problem. In addition, our blowers make it possible to achieve this even in confined or hard-to-reach areas.
ATEX-Certified Equipment

Producing high-voltage, low-current power in a controlled and safe manner is the primary function of every Fraser Anti-Static power supply. Our power supplies allow multiple AC products to be connected using a single input source.
